Peavey AT-200
« on: November 23, 2012, 08:35:42 PM »
So, Peavey has released a guitar, the AT-200, which features on-board Auto-Tune. While I am aware of the quest for a better-intonated guitar, this seems like taking it a bit far. We've already got people quantizing the hell out of rhythm sections, and blotting out any vocal nuance, and this just seems like another way to further suck the life out of music. Any thoughts on this?

I see your point, Halfdim. I'm waiting for an auto-tune violin. Maybe an auto-tune theremin? Perhaps those will have to wait until we develop robot musicians...
